Key to the City
Here we go with the all new and final version of the Key to the City by Friedel Schlör & Bubble skateboard magazine. On the one side, it is a multifunctional tool with concrete application possibilities, but on the other side it is also an artistic examination of our living environment, which is intended to encourage us to question what fun is hidden there. Designed and manufactured by skateboarders. Made in Germany.
1.) Fence blocking your path? Use the Key to safely overcome it.
2.) The bit adapter lets you use any bit you want, instantly transforming the Key into a skate tool for your trucks or a screwdriver for any tightening or loosening job.
3.) The tip handles cleaning grooves and loosening grates, while the side hook is perfectly designed for lifting them.
4.) Block the Key with the bit adapter to create a small lever for lifting up grates or slabs.
5.) If you need a kicker to make a spot skateable, use the key to open a grate and jack it up.
6.) Use the key as a mini tripod to document the spots you explored, if there’s nobody there to film.
7.) And yes — it also opens bottles.
